OTCDE exists to provide fiduciary and related services to the Oppenheimer asset management platform.

Job Description

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join OTCDE at its Wilmington location. The main responsibilities include supporting OTCDE’s Operations Department, including client disbursements, opening new accounts, filing, among other things. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude and an extremely proactive mindset in order to stay ahead of business needs. The Senior Associate will preserve details of a highly confidential nature.

Candidates should be effective and detail-oriented communicators.

Responsibilities:

  • The most important part is significant data entry
  • Receive and verify invoices for accuracy and obtain proper authorization for disbursements
  • Monitor and address e-mail correspondence
  • Prioritize daily work, track progress of recurring payments to clients
  • Update trade system with daily listings
  • Opening new accounts, with all the details involved in that process
  • Updating and sending out weekly disbursement report to headquarters
  • Perform additional operations responsibilities as requested

Qualifications:

  • Experience as administrative professional in a corporate environment, ideally within financial services industry preferred
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work
  • Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner
  • Must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition
  • Able to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
