Client Service Associate - Part-Time (Bellevue, WA)

Job Description:

The firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Branch office team in Bellevue, WA. The primary responsibilities include servicing clients, marketing, scheduling, prioritizing meetings, managing database, general organizational support, as well as client interaction. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset in order to anticipate business needs, and will assume ad hoc responsibility for project-oriented tasks. This role will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature and collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff.

Responsibilities

Cashiering

  • Accurately Process Distributions, Contributions and Transfers
  • Setup and Maintain Electronic ACH money transfer profiles
  • Maintain the Monthly Distributions Lists
  • Process Client Requests Accurately and Timely
  • Process Annual Require Minimum Distributions (RMD)

Client Services / Customer Satisfaction

  • Proactively resolve client questions and requests
  • Coordinate and distribute DocuSign documents to clients
  • Provide Professional, Accurate and Timely Responses to inquiries

Administrative Support

  • Support the Maintenance of Account Files (Preparation of Onboarding, Filing and assists in Maintaining Accurate and Complete client files)
  • Support Team with various office tasks, including mail, processing paperwork and updating client information on various software programs such as DocuSign
  • Cross Train with other team members
  • Maintain and Process Team Expenses throughout the year

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years financial services/fixed Income experience would be highly beneficial
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle client distribution/contribution requests
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner
  • Able to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment

Compensation:

For job postings in Washington, Oppenheimer is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Washington and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making salary decisions including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage offered for this role is $25.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include additional monthly incentive compensation and/or annual discretionary bonus.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
